The Center for Healing and Liberation creates spaces of freedom, health and abundance in which we can cultivate a thriving future.

The Center’s work:

  • Embodies values of deep reflection, exploration, intersectional analysis, commitment to personal and collective liberation and cultural transformation.

  • Fosters community spaces of discovery, joy and mutual support.

  • Centers BIPOC folks and those most harmed by structural oppression.

  • Cultivates healing in relation to ongoing and multigenerational trauma.

  • Mobilizes communities to take action and shift cultural narratives.

We offer:

  •   Gatherings, events and ritual practices that center community and spirit.

  •  Meditation practices that help us examine somatically-based holding patterns. As we release those patterns, we connect to our own strength and capacity and to the ground of being.

  • BIPOC-specific events, gatherings and healing practices to support BIPOC wellness, healing and deep rest.

  • An experiential approach to embodying awareness, practices and actions that cultivate and create racial and social justice.

  • Support for engaged service and the joining of inner and outer transformation.
