HEALING

How can justice work be sustainable?  We engage in practices for collective healing, deep rest, transformative awareness, self-care and nourishing connection. We need healing awareness practices that integrate our somatic and inner lives to access our own deep resources.

WELLNESS

A commitment to personal and collective liberation calls for us to step beyond “overwork as a virtue”, a cultural framework that leaves us depleted and scattered. Wellness and self-care are not extra, they are fundamental to sustaining the work of transforming and healing our world.
